Cancellation/Refund Policy for Drone Photography Services: We understand the importance of flexibility while maintaining the professionalism of our drone photography services. To ensure efficient scheduling and to accommodate our clients' needs, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy: Cancellation and Refund Requests: Cancellations or requests for refunds must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled drone photography session. Requests made within 7 days of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a full refund. Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations made within the specified notice period will be processed promptly. Depending on the circumstances, cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined based on the situation. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your drone photography session, please notify us at least 7 days in advance via phone or email. A confirmation of your cancellation request will be provided by our team. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your drone photography session, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date and time, subject to availability. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
