Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to serve our clients effectively, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place: Weekday Shoots (Monday to Friday): Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled shoot to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weekend Shoots (Saturday and Sunday) or Sunrise/Sunset Shoots: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the scheduled shoot to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 week may be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation/Rescheduling Procedure: To cancel or reschedule your shoot, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. A confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduling request will be provided by our team. If a new date and time are chosen for rescheduling, it will be subject to availability. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the specified notice period will be processed promptly. Cancellations made outside the specified notice period will result in forfeiture of monies paid to offset loss of business for the specified time period. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please reach out to us in such cases, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
